Join Dianne Staso, MS, R.D., as she discusses the many benefits of plant-based eating and how to incorporate more plant-based foods in our diet. At the end of the lecture, Dianne will be demonstrating how to make an easy lentil salad and a tofu “egg” salad. If attending In Person, we will have an optional Food Sampling of these delicious recipes.
