This three-session series will focus on helping you make healthy and nutritious meals! You will broaden your cooking skillset and nutrition knowledge, while also learning about how to meal plan when you experience side effects that may interfere with your eating.

Facilitated by chef Denà Brummer, an advocate for honest food, food justice and sustainability. Much of her work is centered around the simple idea that our food system should protect the environment and biodiversity, promote health and wellness, and provide quality jobs with dignity. She is currently a private chef, food systems educator and garden Manager at the City of Hope’s Garden of Hope. Outside of the kitchen, she teaches Californians how to grow and preserve their food as a UC Master Gardener and UC Master Food Preserver.
