Mindfulness for Mental Health

Fridays, June 3, 10, 17 & 24 | 5:00 – 6:00 pm | Virtual

Mindfulness for Mental Health – this class will help you find mindful loving awareness in a supportive and affirming environment to support those with health related trauma and anxiety. This class is led by Heather Gross, MS CCC-SLP, RYT and will incorporate mindfulness meditation, gentle movement, sound healing, and breathing techniques. You will leave class feeling more loved, more compassionate, and more resilient.
