Tai chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for defense training, health benefits, and meditation. The blending of the body and the mind through the practice has existed for generations. Tai chi is performed in a dance-like, martial arts form. It is low impact, and depending on the person’s fitness level the practice can be adapted. If mobility is limited, the forms maybe completed on a chair.
