Feldenkrais ®

The Feldenkrais (FEL den krice) Method® uses small gentle movement explorations to harness the power of our nervous system and our innate healing ability to bring enjoyment and ease to daily activity. This method was developed by Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, a mechanical engineer, physicist and judo black belt. His study of developmental movement, neurophysiology and learning theory contribute to the richness of this practice.
Students report improvements in comfort, posture, balance and well-being.

Use your camera or smart phone to learn the tricks of the trade to produce the best photographs possible. Students are invited to explore the world through the camera lens and produce beautiful art for all to enjoy.

Pilates Mixed Level Mat Class

This beginner / intermediate mixed level pilates mat class focuses on core strength and whole body stretching.
Facilitated by Jacque James, Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Pilates Instructor. Jacque is a local resident from Pasadena. She has been in the healthcare profession for over 25 years, and pilates has been her focus for the past five years. She loves learning about the body and what fuels it. She encourages everyone to embrace their life and their body, wherever they are on their journey.
Mindful Movement and Meditation

This is a gentle 60 minute warmup that will help you slow down, get grounded, and connect to your breath and body. There will be stretching and meditation. All bodies and all experience levels are welcomed.

Experience a guided meditation along with Distance Reiki (energy healing) from the comfort of home. Reiki is a form of energy healing that works even through distance. It has many benefits and may assist in decreasing symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression. Many feel a sense of calm and ease after receiving Reiki—some people fall asleep because they become so relaxed and comfortable!

Up, Down, & Around is a cardio and strength training class structured for beginner to advanced exercisers. The class will consist of core stabilization and functional strength movements as well as intervals of basic cardio movements. The class will also incorporate stretching and balancing exercises.
