Year-End Appeal

Offering 35 Years of Hope, Connection, and Community

This year, we proudly celebrate 35 years of providing free programs and services to those facing cancer—a journey that began in 1990 with one powerful idea: no one should face cancer alone.

Today, Cancer Support Community is the largest provider and recognized gold standard of psychosocial cancer support in 50 markets worldwide, including right here in the Greater San Gabriel Valley, and we are serving more than ever before.

The importance of our mission is clear. As the Institute of Medicine highlighted in 2007, meeting the social and emotional needs of people facing cancer is essential to comprehensive care. Our hospital partners treat the physical disease, while together we address the whole person—because healing takes more than medicine.

All of our programs are offered completely free of charge, made possible only through the generosity of donors like you. This year, we’ve set a goal to raise $100,000 by December 31st to continue providing critical support to patients, caregivers, survivors, and loved ones.

Cancer continues to touch lives every day, across every age and stage. That’s why your support is more vital than ever.

Your generosity fuels our mission. Please consider making a donation today. Together, we can continue building a legacy of compassion and resilience—because no one should face cancer alone.
