Learn the technique of bead weaving, the art of creating jewelry using a needle and thread. Bring your reading glasses and some patience to create a beautiful piece of jewelry. Registration is required, as class size is limited.

Let the stress of daily life melt away as you’re guided into deep relaxation through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other harmonic instruments. This immersive sound bath is designed to calm the mind, release tension in the body, and restore balance to your nervous system. No experience is necessary — simply lie back, get comfortable, and allow the sound waves to wash over you.

Write your (Poetic) Heart Out

Writing heals – scientists say so – and here’s how this workshop will put this discovery to work in your life. We’ll focus on one poem per session, as a class deciding what word, phrase, or line especially speaks to us. Then we write— a haiku or a paragraph/prose poem, or the first line of a memoir. Share with others, if comfortable.

Qigong Exploration of Organ Wellness.

Join us for a Qigong course where we will explore how gentle, movement, breath, and meditation supports mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. We will explore the five yin organs, their functions and different movements, breath and meditations to support physical, mental, and emotional health. Francine Ang will draw from Taoist and Buddhist Qigong practices, as well as her study of 5 element theory. Classes will begin with qigong movements and end with a breathing and/or meditation method.

Discover the joy of working with clay in this hands-on pottery workshop! Learn basic techniques for shaping, building, and decorating your own ceramic pieces in a relaxed and supportive environment. Pilates Mixed Level Mat Class

This beginner/intermediate mixed-level Pilates mat class is designed to build core strength, improve posture, and increase overall mobility. Through controlled movements and mindful breathing, participants will enhance stability, reduce tension, and support long-term joint and muscle health. Pilates is an effective practice for boosting energy, improving balance, and promoting a stronger, more resilient body.
Facilitated by Jacque James, a healthcare professional with over 25 years of experience and five years of focused Pilates practice. Passionate about understanding the body and what supports its well-being, she encourages participants to embrace their lives and their bodies at every stage of their journey.

Focus on Fun: Advanced Photography

Use your camera or smart phone to learn the tricks of the trade to produce the best photographs possible. Students are invited to explore the world through the camera lens and produce beautiful art for all to enjoy.

Up, Down, & Around is a cardio and strength training class structured for beginner to advanced exercisers. The class will consist of core stabilization and functional strength movements as well as intervals of basic cardio movements. The class will also incorporate stretching and balancing exercises.

Reiki Meditation

Experience a guided meditation along with Distance Reiki (energy healing) from the comfort of home. Reiki is a form of energy healing that works even through distance. It has many benefits and may assist in decreasing symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression. Many feel a sense of calm and ease after receiving Reiki—some people fall asleep because they become so relaxed and comfortable!
